Batcher Frozen:
Batcher 'frozen' on opening screen.
Clock in upper right-hand corner of the screen is stopped.

|
F1 Stop Red:
Ingredient Stop (F1 - Emergency Stop) is illuminated bright red and you can't
permanently reset it.

Scale Reading Error:
Scale reading(s) on Flowcon screen does not match the reading
on the actual scale display.
|
|
|
|
Loadcell or Scale binding Error:
Scale readings on the scale head display do not
return reliably to zero, or drift, or test weights give different values
based on their placement on the scale.

|
|
|
Output Relay failure:
One or more output relays don't work correctly
Output doesn't operate an external device.
|
|
Input relay failure:
Meter voltage at the input screw does not match the status of the
LED on the relay
|
|
No Bunkreader data:
Bunkreader sending feeding data to Flowcon serial cable,
but it does not arrive at the Flowcon Production screen.

Stuck in Simulator:
Cannot cancel the "simulator button"
from the manual panel screen, and main screen
reads 'simulate'
