A large outdoor display prompts the loader for the ingredient, and continuously displays the remaining weight needed

In addition to being filled by the display prompted skip loader, these boxes are filled from automated bins. Sometimes they are dumped and conveyed into a truck as a pre-weighted batch. Other customers route these to  storage.

This operator also has a lap top computer in the cab, connected with the batcher by radio. He uses this to view alarms, and schedule ration changes.

It could be used to run a Flowcon batch system, or a standalone micro machine in a backup mode, or load micros at an alternate location.
