Finish Feed Storage

Flowcon's delivery system picks up control from where the batching/routing sytem leaves off.

It uses the bunkreader calls to schedule the filling of  delivery trucks. Using radio linked truck scales, it dispenses finish feed from the overhead bins by automatic control of the overhead gates.

Knowing the ration needs for each feeding, the delivery system automatically schedules batcher production to stay ahead of deliveries. It maintains a running inventory of all overhead storage based on feed produced and feed delivered.

Systems that route product to storage bins, typically run many batches back to back of the same ration. They are complex to build, but they can be very efficient in terms of tons per hour of feed produced.

Finish Feed storage makes it possible to continue feeding even when the mill is down for repair or maintenance.
